The Southern Comfort Conference is a major transgender conference that has taken place annually since 1991. It features seminars, events, and speeches by prominent people in the LGBT community.

Part summer camp for kids, part support and learning weekend for parents, part peer support and education for teens, the Gender Spectrum Conference is the oldest and largest conference in the U.S. exclusively for families with Transgender, Non-binary and Gender-expansive children and youth.

Gender Odyssey is an international conference focused on the needs and interests of transgender and gender diverse children of all ages, their families and supporters, and the professionals who serve them.
